Privacy notice: the Just Invoice. early-access list

Who we are. Just Invoice. is being built by Just Done LLC, 2810 N Church St STE 88992, Wilmington, DE 19802, United States. Just Done LLC decides how the information below is used. Questions or requests go to privacy@just-done.ai.
What this notice covers. This website and its early-access list, and nothing else. When Just Invoice. opens, it will have its own terms and privacy policy.
What we collect when you join the list
- Your email address. We need it to write to you, so the form does not work without it.
- If you choose to answer: what you sell, which AI assistant you use, and the country where your business is registered. All three are optional.
- The date you joined and how you reached the page: the page address, any campaign tags in the link, and the name of the site that sent you (for example a search engine or an AI assistant).
What we collect when you only visit
We count visits. Each visit record holds the page, any campaign tags in the link, the name of the site that sent you, and whether the visit looks like it came from an AI assistant. It holds no name, no email, no IP address and no browser details, and we cannot link it to you.
What we do not do. We use no cookies and store nothing on your device. The site runs no advertising or third-party tracking scripts. We do not sell or share your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
What our servers see but do not keep. To deliver the page and to block abuse, our hosting provider’s servers see your IP address and browser details, as every website’s do. We use them only for that, in the moment. We do not store them with your signup or with the visit record.
Why we use it, and on what basis

We make no automated decisions about you.
What we will send you. Nothing when you join. One email when Just Invoice. opens. If it opens at different times in different countries, that email comes when it opens for the country you gave us. We will not add you to anything else unless you ask us to.
Who else handles it. Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the site and stores the list and the visit counts for us. It is our service provider and works under its data processing terms with us. To send the opening email we will use an email delivery service. We will name it in this notice before that email goes out. We disclose information otherwise only where the law requires it.
Where it is kept. Cloudflare stores the list for us in the European Union. Just Done LLC is a US company, and we reach the list from the United States, where data protection law may differ from yours. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and its UK and Swiss extensions. If we move the list to another system or country, we will update this notice before we do.
How long we keep it. We delete your signup 90 days after we send the opening email, or 18 months after you joined, whichever comes first. Deletion runs automatically every day. Our storage provider keeps a rolling 30-day recovery copy, so a deleted signup is fully gone within 30 days after that. Raw visit records are deleted automatically after three months. The totals we work out from them identify no one, and we keep them.
Your choices and rights
- Delete your signup: use the one-time delete link shown when you joined, or email privacy@just-done.ai from the address you signed up with.
- Also, by email: ask for a copy of what we hold, correct it, object to how we use it, or withdraw your consent. Withdrawing consent does not undo what we did before you withdrew it.
- We reply within one month. We may ask you to confirm the request from the email address on the list, so that nobody else can make it in your name.
- If you are in the EU or the UK, you can complain to your data protection authority. In Israel, that is the Privacy Protection Authority. We would rather hear from you first.
- These rights are the same wherever you live, and using them never costs you anything.
Children. This site is not meant for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly keep their information. If you think a child joined the list, write to privacy@just-done.ai and we will delete it.
Changes. If this notice changes, we update the date at the top. We will never use your information for a new purpose without asking you first.
